This person is learning about Bulk Mail by the use of FFAs, Safelist, Ezines and other Lead Providers. The person is usually harvesting or collecting leads and is trying to find out ways to send them out.
They've probably been shut down by their ISP a few times or have been warned by the company they promote not to SPAM. In this Level the person manages his own email and controls a small database. They’re experts with Web Base Email VS In House Email.
Type B Person
This person is learning about Bulk Mail by sending email through many different servers. The servers are called proxy servers and are used in sequence to send out Bulk Mail to disguise where it came from.
These servers are located all over the world and are the ones responsible for many of the viagra and secret lotions and potions emails you see everyday. By now the person knows how to harvest emails, they buy cheap ISP accounts or uses different Auto Responders, they don’t care about, to send out Bulk Mail.
Be careful there are people and companies who will lure you into spending money on lead packages or with promises of an Email Blast of some sort. One problem with Proxy Servers and Many Auto Responders is that they have been identified by the major providers (AOL, Earth Link, etc...) and have been BLOCKED to receive your mail
A Type B person will get good results and are looking for bigger numbers and fresher leads.
Type C Person
These are the Generals of the war on SPAM or what I like to call it; Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Every day New Software is developed to Extract Email Leads and Faster Mail Servers are powered up to send out the mail with better ideas.
Successful Bulkers do not send email to people who don't want it or to proven complainers. They manage Global Removal Systems (200 Million+) in order to clean the list they harvest and don't send email to people who requested removal.
