What Group Mailer Should I use

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE EXPERTS AT SENDING BULK MAIL YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ THIS.

This email contains information on what to do with a list of Bulk Leads.

I will be writing as I think.
This is a rough draft - Brain Storm

Many Honeyfroggers ask.

What do I do with the leads I have?

Many of you are collecting leads via FFAs, Bought Leads and from other sources.

First thing I want to cover is Email.

There are 2 types of email...

1) WebBase Email (HotMail, AOL, and millions more, Free Email). You will find a list of companies that provide free email here

FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS

2) In House Email Client (Outlook Express, Pegasus, Eudora) You will find that these email clients are free downloads

EUDORA
PEGASUS

If you want to be a Pro-Networker you will have to use an email client to download your email into your hard drive. THIS IS A MUST! An email client works the same way as a Paid Bulkmail Program or Group Mailer like:

MOST POPULAR GROUP MAILER

COMPLETE LIST OF ISP PROVIDERS

(DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM!)

It's very good but you will find that in the right hands Pegasus works even better and it's free.

With an email client you can configure it to download email from any server in the world. Let me say that in simple terms. You see AOL, HotMail and other web base free email don't allow you to download your email into your hard drive. THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO! They want you to log onto their site to read your email in order to advertise what ever they want while you're reading your email.

Listen to this...

Who is your Internet Service Provider? If it's AOL then drop them right away. Most ISPs will give you 5 - 10 email aliases that you can configure to any email name you want. For instance,,, I use a local ISP here in Virginia they allow me to create 15 different email accounts. Now this is very Important. YOU WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION TO CONFIGURE YOUR EMAIL CLIENT. Your ISP will provide you with a POP3. A POP3 will be the name of your ISP,,, something like bellsouth.net. You will also need your user name and password to configure your email client. You will also ask your ISP for your SMTP.. It will look something like this (mail.bellsouth.net) It is very important that you call your ISP and ask them for your POP3, user name and SMTP Address.

Once you have your POP3, user name, password and SMTP Address you can configure PEGASUS or your favorite Email Client to download your email from your ISP Server onto your Hard Drive. Pegasus and other popular email clients will allow you to do much of what you're doing now and more.

You will be able to set up many different Identities and control your email better. You will also be able to set up Distribution List of hundreds of email address and send out one email to thousands of people (distribution list). You can have many ISPs or download your email from servers all over the world.

Most people are using free email accounts to network online. This is a BIG MISTAKE and you will never amount to anything by reading and sending emails in this form.

-Go download Pegasus.
-Go call your ISP

A POP3 IS WHERE YOUR EMAILS ARE STORED
A SMTP IS THE SERVER WHERE YOUR EMAILS WILL BE SENT THROUGH

You can download your email from one server and send it through another. This will protect your primary ISP.

The above info is a lot to absorb and Do...

You have to make the transition from Web Base Email to In House Email...

Here's a question that came up...

How does this work?

How does an email in your message verify that the person has read your email?
You must include a unique email within the body of your Target Letters to verify that the person has read your email?

ANSWER

Your target letter should originate from an Auto Responder or Original Junk Email. You will do this simply because some of the leads might have instant replies and bounce back messages. Believe it or not some of these leads purposely sign up with fake email accounts that they confirm and later assign a trigger reply to the originating target letter.

Their purpose is to bounce back an ad to you and reverse the marketing. Now if they respond to the email contained in the body of the original target letter you sent, then you will know that this person has personally clicked the new email link. Some of them will not even open your Target Letter and instead click on reply and send you their ad. If they do that they will send their ad to the Auto Responder or Junk Email address.

It's a good idea to use an auto-reply to the Auto Responder or Junk Email account that way you can keep bouncing back your Ad in the hope that they will finally open it.

Got it?
